Shipping policy

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Most items will ship in approximately 7 to 15 business days which does NOT include shipping times. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need your order by a certain date. All items are shipped standard USPS unless Priority UPS is selected at checkout. Your order will ship from California. Please note any order total over $150 will automatically go USPS Priority mail so the package can be insured. 

Once your order ships your tracking number will be sent to you via email.

 

LOST/DAMAGED BY USPS/UPS

Kick'n Shooz is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service , UPS or any service carrier. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim. 

 

RETURNED / UNCLAIMED MAIL

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Kick'n Shooz, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package. 

 

COUPON CODES

Coupon codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box. Once your order is placed, coupon codes cannot be applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase.
