Refund policy
We understand that online shopping may be a fun, yet overwhelming experience. We strongly encourage you to review sizing, measurements and read the description fully prior to checking out completely. We also recommend to double check and vefiry your billing address and shipping address and order in full prior to completing your order. Kick'n Shooz wants you to be completely happy with your purchase.


We do not process refunds but will gladly do an exchange within 15 days from the delivery date of your items.  


If you’d like an exchange please email gkazzandra@yahoo.com to verify that the item you want is in stock.
You must include your name, order number, and email so that we may locate your order. Once we receive your returned package we will send you an email confirmation with either your exchange or store credit for the amount you paid for the item. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was an error on our end. It is your responsibility to track your package. We are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail on their way back to our facility.
Once we receive the package all items will be fully inspected. All packages must be properly packaged received in a box or stuffed poly mailers. Items in envelopes will not be accepted as items may be at risk of being damaged in flat envelopes or not stuffed mailers during the delivery process. Once your items are received and the inspection is approved, you will receive a credit exchange within 24-48 hours. You will be notified by e-mail with your credit total.
